The idea behind Flightstory was to have a central place on the internet to publish and find interesting aviation related stories. Before the founder, Michael Schindler, started this project, stories were distributed in different ways all over the internet using blogs, message boards, private homepages and some other ways. Flightstory connects readers and publishers and provides one big library on the internet.
