Sichuan Airlines A318/319/320/321 Captain

Minimum Requirements:

1)500+ hours PIC on type (A318/19/20/21)
2)Current on type within 12 months
3)3000+ hours total time
4)Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
5)Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
6)Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
7)No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer or CAA.
8)ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
9)No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government.
10)Maximum age 55 years
11)No license limitations (e.g., VMC circle to land restriction)

Domicile: Chengdu or Chongquig, China

Compensation: $174,000/year USD (net) + Bonus

Contract Term: 3 year initial / Renewable

Contract Options:

Option 1 (Live in China):

* Salary: $14,000 USD/month (net)
* Housing Allowance: $500/month
* Salary based on 85 hours. O/T rate is $165/hr.
* Training Pay: $300/day + $500/month (housing allowance)
* Paid Personal Leave: 45 days/year
* Sick Leave: 8 days/year
* Travel Allowance: Reimbursement of two (2) round trip economy tickets per year for pilot and family. Maximum price of each ticket reimbursements $3,300 USD.
* Ten (10) service charge travel on Sichuan domestic flights per year

Option 2 (Commuting):

* Salary: $12,000 USD/month (net)
* Housing Allowance: $500/month
* Salary based on 85 hours. O/T rate is $165/hr.
* Training Pay: $300/day + $500/month (housing allowance)
* Schedule Options: 6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF or 12 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF
* Flexible Leave: 15 days/year
* Sick Leave: 8 days/year
* Travel Allowance: Reimbursement of two (2) round trip economy tickets per year for pilot and family. Maximum price of each ticket reimbursements $3,300 USD.
* Ten (10) service charge travel on Sichuan domestic flights per year

Bonus: $27,000 USD (net) Contract Completion Bonus of 1st Contract
$39,000 USD (net) Contract Completion Bonus of Renewal Contract

Upgrade to A330 details:

* All pilots are eligible to apply to upgrade to the A330 after flying 4,000 hours at Sichuan Airlines.
